Carb Spacer, 4150, to 4500 Manifold Adapter - This two piece, spacer set is designed to fit dAMBEST 4150 series carburetors to 4500 manifolds. The manifold side is open, i.e. one hole. The walls are all finished in the Professional step style.

Spacers come standard black anodized. Here are top and bottom views.
